All jewels and accessories are handmade in France, by artisans chosen for their “savoir-faire”. The solid silver and gold plated jewels are hallmark stamped to guarantee quality and origin.
Delivery and return
– Any order submitted via the e-Shop will, usually, be processed and shipped within 4 days of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and holidays) unless we indicate otherwise. In this case you will be informed by mail.
Your jewel will be delivered in tracked shipping.
The parcel will be dropped in your mailbox a few days after dispatch. If you need to receive your order quickly, announce us your desired deadline and we shall propose you other solutions of sending (Fedex) which on the other hand, will require a supplement of postal charges.

-Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands : 5,20 euros
-Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, England, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, suede : 5,70 euros
For any undelivered parcel which will be returned to us, Alix B. d’ Anthenay reserves the right to ask a participation to proceed to a new sending, and it will not be possible to cancel the order and to ask any for refund. The brand Alix B. d’ Anthenay cannot be held responsible for an erroneous indicated delivery address by the customer.
RETURN AND RIGHT TO RETRACT
Jewels Alix B. d’ Anthenay were thought, conceived and made with the biggest care, but if however you were not totally convinced, you have a deadline of 14 working days to return your order. Any return will have to be beforehand indicated by e-mail to the following address: alixbenoistdanthenay@gmail.com
To insure you of the good delivery of your order, we recommend you to make a tracked shipping. After reception of your return and acceptance from us, your order can be paid off or exchanged. Only will be paid off products sent back as a whole, in their complete and intact original packing, and in perfect condition of resale. A produce which will have been damaged, or whose original packing will have been damaged, will be neither paid off nor will be exchanged.
This right to withdraw practices is applied without penalty, with the exception of the expenses of return which are chargeable to the consumer. In the hypothesis of the exercise of the right to withdraw, the consumer has the choice to ask either for the refund of themoney paid, or for the exchange of the product. In the case of a refund the brand Alix B. d’ Anthenay makes a commitment to pay off you within 14 days maximum, directly on your bank account.
